WHY DO TWO?

Sometimes everything can't be "pictured" on a single canvas. I may start with one idea which usually morphs into another...hence a diptych, a pair of paintings.

Still in my studio, this diptych consists of two acrylic paintings measuring 36"x48" each on a deep and high quality stretched canvas. It depicts men and women helping each other scale a difficult path. One is not sure if each is pushing or pulling; it is for the viewer to determine. Colors are bold against a black and white background. Sides are completely finished and arrives ready to hang.
